Story
Serving the best pancakes since 2007.
Maria Le Blanc started waitressing at MaryBill’s Cafe when there was still a bar in the back room; a lot has changed since then. Starting at MaryBill’s in the very early stages of the business, Maria was able to see it grow. From needing only two servers to having at least six servers on any given day, MaryBill’s has become a staple in Fayetteville’s restaurant industry.
When the 2019 pandemic set in, the restaurant industry along with many others were struggling. All restaurants were forced to serve only togo food. A few weeks later everything was shut down. Once businesses started to reopen, MaryBill’s was still figuring out if they were going to unlock their doors again. Maria could not stand thinking about where all of her regulars were going to go. Some customers would come in twice a day to eat here. In March of 2022, Maria Le Blanc decided to buy MaryBill’s Cafe. From waitress to business owner, Maria has kept the doors open to one of Fayetteville’s best breakfast spots.
